This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. We keep it simple because our handling of your information is simple.

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your name and phone number, and — if you choose to add them — your email, which location you’re interested in, and a short message about what you need. We don’t ask for anything else, and there’s no account to create.

How we use it

We use your details for one thing: to get back to you about your request — a price, your closest shop, or an answer to your question. We aim to respond the same day during business hours. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, your message is sent by email to our team through our email provider (Resend) so a real person can read it and reply. That’s the whole path — the form emails us; it is not saved to any customer database on this site.

Analytics & cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages people visit, in aggregate. It doesn’t use tracking cookies and doesn’t build a personal profile of you. This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who else is involved

Two service providers make this site work: Vercel hosts it and provides the aggregate analytics above, and Resend delivers the email your form generates. Each only handles the information needed to do that job.

Your choices

You can ask us what information of yours we still have from an enquiry, or ask us to delete it. Since we work from email, that usually just means deleting the message thread. Contact us and we’ll take care of it.
